:iconpokemonloverforev: asked people if when her Eevee character Dawn evolves, what should it be? I thought it should be an Espeon because of her name and because Dawn's symbol is the sun, but I also know that :iconpokemonloverforev: :heart:s Shiny Umbreons, so that's where I created this Espeon! :dance:

Name: Dawn
Species: Espeon
Description: A Shiny Espeon with blue rings on her ears, legs and tail. She also has a blue sun around her bright shiny red gem on her forehead.

Likes: Music, food, art, Pokemon/Eevolutions, DA, friends on DA and schoolfriends, her math teacher.

Dislikes: School, (all the way) homework, math, (all the way) her history teachers, (they're wierd) spiders, soccer, copycats, and the new cartoons they show on t.v.

~ Everything came out good except the glowing effects... :( I think I suck at glowing effects on aynthing! If anybody knows any tutorials so I can get better, please TELL ME!!!:nod:

~ Ya think there are any "glowing effects" tutorials that I could use? I use mainly Adobe Photoshop CS2 for my drawings..

i think that the light blue looks amazing for the glowing effect kinda ocean blue but light shiny ^^
