I actually liked how this came out! I think this is the best picture I've done yet of anything! I used about 5 layers and about a few days to make the finalized deviation. I know that those aren't the EXACT Togekiss wings, but I stuck close to it! *Very close to it! * I just couldn't resist making the wings look realistic!
